The Frey Law Firm has been involved in litigation, trials and appeals since 1970, when Eric A. Frey became a partner in the firm of Rosenfeld & Wolfe. In his early career, Mr. Frey represented individuals, corporations and insurance companies and tried many jury cases in State and Federal Court. Mr. Frey is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for Northern and Southern Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. In the 1980s Mr. Frey began devoting s substantial amount of his practice to representing injured persons, particularly in the area of medical malpractice.

Mr. Frey has been involved in numerous class action litigation involving Phen-fen, sewer and construction defects, and other drug litigation. He was one of the primary attorneys representing over seventy of the victims of Orville Lynn Majors, a nurse at Vermillion County Hospital, who was convicted of murdering patients at the hospital in the 1980s.

Today Mr. Frey’s primary focus is on injury litigation and medical malpractice where the clients have serious and substantial injuries and damages.
