Mr. Frey graduated from I.U. School of Law-Bloomington in 1967 and clerked for Judge Jesse Eschbach in Ft. Wayne Indiana until 1968 when he commenced the practice of law as an associate in the firm of Rosenfeld & Wolfe. Rising to a partner in that firm in 1970, Mr. Frey left the firm in 1995 and began his current firm engaging in the general practice of law focusing on accident and medical malpractice litigation. He has experience in litigation, business organization, municipal, labor, bankruptcy and commercial law. He has represented many clients in civil damage and insurance suits. In recent years his practice has represented a more diverse clientele, and approximately one-half of his current caseload is plaintiff personal injury practice and medical malpractice. The balance of his litigation work involves labor and employment, intentional wrongs and general litigation practice.
His trial experience in the State and Federal courts has been extensive and he has tried approximately 200 jury trials. He has participated in many bench trials and has been involved in all forms of discovery and trial preparation.
Mr. Frey is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington and has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Law School Alumni Association, President and Secretary of the Terre Haute Bar Association and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Visitors of the Michael Maurer School of Law at Indiana University-Bloomington..
He has served as counsel to the City of Terre Haute for many years and most recently to the Police and Fire Departments.

| Jaima is a graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School. She received her A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Saint Mary of the Woods College in 2005. Between 2000 and 2003 Jaima worked for Anderson & Nichols law firm but made the move to Frey Law Firm in 2003 and has been with us ever since. |
